1. Overview
At Ghorlaxxchron, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Phytolix. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Finnish consumer protection laws.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email) to:

You may use this model withdrawal statement, but it is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date] / received on [date], consumer name, consumer address, date."
If you submit an order request through our Website, a purchase contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order (for example, by email) and the order is processed according to the agreed method. The right of withdrawal applies once a distance sales contract has been concluded with you as a consumer.
3. Extended Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return period for unopened products. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unopened products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return under our extended policy:
- Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Products must be returned with all original labels and packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products with broken or tampered safety seals
- Products that have been partially used or consumed
- Products returned without original packaging
This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exceptions for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Step 1: Contact us at mailuse@ghorlaxxchron.world with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in your return authorization
- Step 5: Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment
Please do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization.
For withdrawals under EU consumer law, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us, unless we have offered to collect the goods.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns under your EU statutory right of withdrawal (14 days), you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- We agreed to bear these costs
- We failed to inform you that you must bear them
- The product is defective or not as described
For returns due to defects, errors on our part, or products not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund by email.
For withdrawals under EU consumer law, we will reimburse you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Refund amounts:
- Withdrawal (EU consumers): Product price and the cost of standard delivery (if any) charged for sending the goods to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, we are not required to reimburse the additional costs.
- Returns outside withdrawal right: Refund scope depends on the reason for return and the condition of the returned goods, in line with this policy and applicable law.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photos showing the issue
For defective products, you are entitled to:
- A replacement product at no additional cost, or
- A full refund including shipping costs
9. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and organize the return of the incorrect item.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary

12. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under EU and Finnish law, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit these rights.
